Vegan Shortbread Recipe
Previously, we shared a bit about plant-based diets. Many might think that all you can eat are vegetables, but that's not true. You can still make tasty treats and be creative with it.
We'd like to share with you a vegan shortbread recipe.
Here are the ingredients that you require:
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup semolina
¾ cup coconut unrefined oil
1 cup organic powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 180ºC
Mix sugar and coconut oil in a bowl and store aside
Evenly mix your dry ingredients
Gently add your wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
Prepare little round balls and flatten them
Place them on a baking tray
Lightly press the center and garnish with your favourite toppings
Bake for 10-12 minutes until you start to see golden brown edges
