Vegetarian Wrap/Burrito

Lent began this Wednesday, so we thought it'd be great to share a vegetarian recipe with you.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Tortilla

  • lettuce

  • tomato

  • cheese

  • carrots

  • cucumbers/pickles

  • chive and onion cream cheese

  • mushrooms

  • eggs

  • or any other vegetables or ingredients you'd like

  1. Start by frying your eggs. Feel free to cook them anyway you like, it could be a sunny-side up, an omelette or scrambled eggs.

  2. Place the tortilla on a clean countertop. Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla, leaving a border around the edges to prevent it from overflowing.

  3. Then add the lettuce, followed by the other ingredients.

  4. After which, roll it up. If you'd like it cold, wrap it with cling wrap to keep it moist. However if you'd like to toast it, tuck in the sides of the wrap (like a burrito) and pop it in the air fryer.
